 前主播蕭裔芬兩年前請辭鴻海永齡基金會發言人,外界好奇她為何放棄絢麗的主播台、令人稱羡的首富郭台銘公司工作?目前在人間衛視主持《生活大不同》的她說:「我承認我是職場敗犬,鴻海是一流的企業,郭台銘是一流的老闆,但不是我玩的局。」

 不快樂 螢幕前太虛假

 她說,一直活在別人的價值裡,「但人生是我自己的,我不要很多錢,我要的是開心,別人眼中的好工作,不見得適合我。」從事新聞工作15年,當主播對她來說太容易,播到最後完全無法成長,「主播台下鬥來鬥去,我不快樂、不開心,最後算是鬥輸了,所以我請辭。」

 她說,主播的光環,全是靠別人搭起來的,「那台子很虛假,都是自我膨脹,以為自己無所不能。」離開後,她自己造橋鋪路,面對不順利和挫折,萬萬沒想到,後來跳到另一個鬥爭更厲害的地方。

 大頭症 見識人外有人

 鴻海付她的薪水是她當主播的兩倍,估算月薪至少40萬。「待遇真的很好,對我卻是震撼教育!」她說,主播有大頭症,很驕傲,但人外有人,天外有天,「在『裡面』我見識到『大』是人家的、『小』是自己的,這個企業文化不適合我,我的專長也無從發揮,裡面的人真的很棒,是我不適合,是我沒本事。」

 揹貸款 買房侍奉父母

 當時她父親心肺衰竭住院,但她每天仍趕著上班加班,「我忽然體會,時間全部給我老闆,如果我明天就死掉,我給家人什麼?我每天幫老闆寫這麼多公文,卻沒有好好寫一封信給家人。」

 這兩年,她細心照顧家人,買房子讓爸媽住得舒服,「別人看來我一事無成,卻是我最開心的兩年,我有兩千萬貸款,不是不缺錢,但錢夠用就好,現在工作條件要開心,能幫助別人成長,還要兼顧我和家人的愛。」

 也是主播出身的丁靜怡,現任鴻海公關室主任。蕭裔芬說:「我恭喜她,也樂觀其成。我自己做不好,沒必要嫉妒別人,也許她可以做得很好。」
